  • Good evening Friendly Elite group! I've been 'lurking' for a few days, wanting to get involved...I'm all about saving money and bargain hunting.
    Hopefully I can contribute sometime..;)

    Afternoon all, I don't post very often either but follow the thread daily.

    But will come out of lurking today to say there's still few bargains to be had in mr t's on Christmas socks (kids) if you can find any. I found 5 pairs today:D

    Wouldn't have even known about savvy circle if it hadn't been for my elite friends. Joined few years ago now and have been picked for few good projects. Didn't know we were getting sample sachets too and I've got loads. :T

    Hope you get better soon. I find the BRAT approach is good when you feel like eating.

    Banana
    Rice - the plainer the better (canned rice pud, drain the cream off)
    Apple
    Toast - dry, no butter.

    Any or all of these will help the problem. Dry toast works wonders.
    Jelly babies or marshmallows also help - seemingly it is the gelatin that 'firms things up!'
