When I bought last year, they had dropped their price to £96 on the refurbs (they drop the price every so often to clear stock) :cool:.

The contract is split into two - Phone Plan and Airtime - you are effectively paying off the Phone Plan element of the contract and exercising your right to cancel the airtime contract which is a feature of Refresh.

I have 5S at the moment and am happy with it so far.

Thanks Anon. I've bought many iPhones from smartphone store and this is the first time I've had this problem, it seems they have a few Japanese iPhones as I've tried 3 in the last fortnight and the with all the mute doesn't work on the camera shutter sound.
It's for my son and he finds it annoying and takes lots of photos.

I didn't think Japanese iPhones could be sold here.

I'm looking for O2 or unlocked and 32gb (can't see any on the O2 refresh).
