    Morning savvy,

Sorry for falling asleeep on you last night.......don't mean that literally of course:D

Strange people on this thread......what did I mean and who was I talking about......

Well yes of course I meant you, but I meant me as well and the majority of other people who post here.

We tend to be an untypical bunch due to our unusual buying habits. We are very far removed from the "norm":rotfl:

You might have missed a current Nectar promotion where you get points for booking a journey on a Virgin train. So lots of us are buying tickets for journeys that we won't take, just to get the points.

"Normal" consumers may think that's a bit odd, even deviant:D

Hornetgirl produces a picture of her socks to match her cat. Some people might think that's a little bit strange but we just think she's funny:rotfl: and there's dozens of examples I could quote you....just from the last day or so:) You get the unexpected and the unfamiliar here, the weird and the wonderful.

    Definitely strange:D

So when we have a mundane day and it's a bit quiet it's a blessed relief:rotfl::rotfl:
    Proud to be odd :D

If I were to travel on Virgin trains where should I go - perhaps a short journey from Glasgow or Birmingham? But to where? (and when?) Am I a child travelling on my own?

Should my DW who has a different numbered nectar card on the same account also book a ticket?

I will pm you later :)

If you look in Martin's coupons on here

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/supermarket-coupons

there is a coupon for £6.50 off a pack of these

    335918.jpg?v=11

which might be handy for those with a cond spend at a big T (6.50)

or just free with no other benefits at A (also 6.50)

You have to register with Victoria, coupon when printed is valid till end March.

Hi TM. Just booked my train. Hope I get the points, not done this before.

Had a wonderful woopsie today. There was so much fish they reduced it all to 10 or 20p. I only got a couple of them reduced from £6. Also got 2 big packs of chicken breasts for 30p each and 1kg turkey for 50p. All in all was £40 full price to £2.50. Had a couple of wombles so only 3p to pay.

I'm now beginning to think I should have had a PM if only to make sure I did it right... :)
