Very true - and T's are just as bad.

I received a Bayliss gift set once - massive glue dots held each item in place, and remained welded onto the bottles afterwards. Just plain tacky - in both senses of the word.

I went to Pizza Express in Chester for my 02 main and free doughballs for £5:) . Thing is by the time I'd had my free nero drink before hand I couldn't manage it all so I fetched the rest of the pasta home and had id for my tea, very nice it was too Susie small stomach .....I wish lol.

If I could have paid with my £2.50 for £10 clubcard voucher it would have been a cracking deal .

Last couple of days have felt better Recently been setting new pb's every time I step into my gym lately esp deadlift :D Amazing what eating a small excess of calories can do :cool::D Also for the first time doing pistol squats :eek:




Booked a couple of days away next week

MSE newsletter says their sources are suggesting Friday (but if their sources are people on here ... you will be no further forward as their sources could be guessing too ).
