It's hard to know sometimes. Someone told me one item can contaminate a whole bin. Not sure if that's true or not.
Goodness knows what happens with communal recycling. They had to close the one at our Tesco's 'cos people were treating it as a tip and at Morries there's usually paper sticking out of the plastics/tin bin and vice versa. Plus if the bins are full people just pile up mountains next to the bins!
Most recycling gets resorted before it gets recycled round here we have several warehouses where it gets done, at home all recycling is separated into 4 boxes at work it goes in one wheelie bin . I feel I know more than I should about the subject as ds2 and dds oh both work on the lorries. .
You would be surprised the things people put out, tools like spanners, saws and screw drivers in cans. Decent books in the cardboard , coins, stamps, photo frames the list is endless and so wasteful0 -
Morning
A day behind myself so only caught up last night so just popped to Wilkos and managed to get some great things for nieces and nephews , while I was there they were crossing out the barcodes on the stuff that went to 75% off last week and reducing it all again, 10 p 20 p and so on, he said they have to blackout the barcode as its scanning at 1p
I see I take a few days off and that Bubbs is up to no good again :rotfl::rotfl:
Hope your new job went well artic

DS2 was so delighted when against all the odds, the job he has is based a 15 minute drive away. We all really expected he would end up with something in central London.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I would have done that but to be honest we are not actually that impressed with it, and price difference was not enough to force my hand (we buy the 18 pack from Aldi for £3.99 [I think!] and prefer that). What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Remember the free hot drink in CAFFE NERD on O2, starts 11am, limited availability so best to save to "My Priority"
Coffee......Mmmmmmmmm........
Braveheart unfortunately saving an offer to my priority does not guarantee you get to use it.
Codes run out after so many have been activated and you can't activate until you are there as you only get so long to redeem think Nero codes are 15 minutes.
I've actually been in queue before and ready to press for the code and they have run out.
Don't forget to get a loyalty card you are allowed to get a stamp for each free coffee it's in the t&cs0
