Can you wear a vest under the dress? It really does make a big difference.

I do, but only for the Christmas pudding these days.
I know one of my customers uses one alot but my mum never used one so not familiar with them

Annual Health Check OK, airways same as last year so COPD/asthma no change. Had to go back this afternoon and been told that I have to have bloods checked as I keep falling asleep during the day, my mind wanders then I hear Mr AJ calling me to wake up  could be thyroid or combination of my meds, will find out when I go back in a month. A month to get blood results, this is a first for me but a new doc. I'm ringing up in 10 days to find out if results are in

OMG I remember years ago as kids, we had that once a week  Sunday after tea it was bath, Syrup of Figs and bed :o. My brother who is younger than me loved the taste and drank half a bottle when mum turned her back :rotfl: :rotfl: I don't recollect being aware of the out come but ............ :rotfl: xx

Does anyone here use a pressure cooker?

Yes I do and love it. Mine is the same one as on hotdeals I got it in tesco with a yellow sticker for £11.50. Great for cooking vegetables take about 5 mins once pressure is up. Saves a lot of steam also going into kitchen. I stick it outside the back door to release pressure. Wouldn't be without one. Not like the steamer I bought and ended up in bootfair.

That's quite funny, never used a pressure cooker for veg, use it for Christmas pud, and occasionally kate and Sydney pud, but I use my steamer for veg and would not be without it.
