Not at all bubbs, she was 27 when she died, docs said it could have been in her body for about 3 years before they found it.

We bought our first house for £31 000 and sold it for £135 000 5 years later.

When we had first house 3 houses next to each other were for sale, all terraced, if only we knew they would sell for that, we would have been quids in :rotfl::rotfl:

Thats just it. When you buy/sell a house can have a great impact on the rest of your life really.
I moved up from a 1 bedroom to a 4 bedroom just before the crash. If I had been doing it the other way round, I would have been quids in now. Not that I am bitter or anything :cool:
