FREE* Potato Charlotte Growing Kit - Worth £22.76, just pay £5.65 p&p - Thompson & Morgan

How the heck they get that price

A few years ago they offered 1 bag some tubers and I can't remember what else, I got 2. They did quite well but I'm giving this a miss as last year we used old potatoes. Left in an egg tray to chit cut in quarters and plant. Very good crops of spuds I like :D. My No 1 favourite is Desiree, the best all rounder I feel :)

I'm going now for real :rotfl: :rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Well done to you miss c and LEJC too.

Like LEJC I'm convinced my weight loss is only due to me stopping eating Christmas stuff....but anyway it's a start:)

Unfortunately someone has opened the Celebrations at work:o

I do think there is a conspiracy in work what with all the biscuits/chocolate atm.

One of the men bought me a big box of biccies today. I did have 2 but left the rest. Hopefully the gannets will eat some whilst I'm out tomorrow.
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

My son in law was due to have his other ear op today after the december one was cancelled after he had been at hospital for 4 hours waiting to go in. However at 4.50p.m. last night they called to cancel again. He has private health care with his job but wont go down that route as there is a £100.00 excess. He was brought up to be careful with money and worries about bills all the time even though DD is very thrifty and doesn't waste money or food. I did offer to give them £50.00 towards the excess so he could get it done but he said no. Its a colostomia which is basically a growth of skin cells in the ear but it can lead to deafness and sometimes grow into the brain. He had the other one last year and although he was in pain for 2 weeks after it healed up well. This one is the more complicated one so needs doing. Am I just worrying when its not my worry?

I think £100 is cheap to preserve ones hearing.
