Tesco finest cheese selection dated 15th Jan, not yellow stickered, but £1.50 in a Tesco superstore.

From the Tesco Metro, couple of packs of mars and one snickers left, 69p :j :j

    6 pack Cadbury's Snow cakes 25p.

And a nice little gift for someone's birthday, Premium Whisky Collection gift box with 4 miniatures, Jim Bean, Famous Grouse, Teacher's and the Black Grouse, no SEL, £3.25. Can't find a picture on line but bc ends 053004.

The McVitie's Nibbles (50p) have proved a fatal buy .... they are just too moreish :D

Had to give Mr TS a jump start this morning...

Then I have been playing tetris putting away all the choc/biscuit bargains I got in Waities/Ts over the last week.

Unfortunately I lost. :o so here I am to hand in my Elite badge. :rotfl:

Although in my defence not sure the Thorntons choc mints should have gone in the sideboard might have tainted everything else and the Baileys selection is quite big flat and round not something you can easily play tetris with. And as for one of those big purple ones how on earth could I find a gap for that. ;)

Trouble is there is still half dozen boxes of shortbread in the car boot and no room in the inn. :rotfl:

I feel your pain Tinyshoes. I should have stuck to my list for birthdays/gifts/neighbours when in Waitrose.

I am struggling with the Lindor maxi boules. Wish I had kept them in the boxes now, at least they could have stacked.

My OH is really moaning and I am back to my nickname .... Just ine.

Why do you need so many? Well, just in case :D

Silly question but have you ever seen Zoella...... within 30 seconds you will want to cause her physical pain!

:rotfl: She's not the most annoying Youtuber, but I know what you mean 'heeeeey guuuuuuys'

Well done izzey finding those elusive snickers :T

I am not to be tempted by anything remotely moreish. :o

My dresses have arrived and I'm not too sure.

The bigger size is way to baggy up top and the smaller bit too snug round middle. :o:o

Shortbread will have to stay in car boot. :rotfl: But even then don't think I stand a chance to get in the smaller one by 19th Jan. :(

    Good morning.

Change noticed on CoS ... you don't get 1p for your competition entry at the moment .

... that is a deal breaker for some ... :D.

Also noticed you get a 10% discount with your student card in SD ... why didn't I know that until recently? Brings Choc Brownie Atkins (£1.09) below £1 and Coconut downing to 90p so profit :D.

I was good and only bought one of most things except the shortbreads I got a dozen, over 2 shops I couldn't resist second lot at 40p box. Last year I had an excuse to buy biscuits knowing we were having builders in.

I didn't stick to a list either, what are we like. :rotfl:

I will be getting the question "Why did I buy so many?" too. ;) Why why why....indeed and I don't know. :o Well I do because they were cheap. :D

Got my NUS card in November and got £68.00 bill down to £41.00 in Pizza Express on Monday so its already paid for itself. Ordered one for DD as she is coming off maternity allowance this week so needs to save where she can.
  • Just wrapped up my sacks to send back to Saltrock. went to the email to get the order number and they have charged me p+p. My order was over £30 to qualify and something was out of stock taking it below £30. Is it worth complaining? Its £3.95.
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)
