    Love it.

I could quite look forward to that. Up to now all I have been getting in return is a two word text.

Time to communicate my new expectations, I think. :D

I can see a handbook emerging from all this over the course of the next 12 months.

Has A got any Christmas bargains left anyone know ? xx

There's loads of cheese on the shelves. A lot dated tomorrow and more up until the 8th Jan. So should be some bargains to be had:T

Talking of cheese....I overheard this conversation in A today between a couple who looked like man and wife.

The man did all the talking

He said "We have no cheese left in the house"

    "We are officially cheeseless"

    "Cheeseless in Seattle"

Can't stop as it's Teeny's early birthday celebration before they go back to Surrey.

Just popped to Ts know the ham was reported on hukd as scanning £5 few days ago my store had a stack of them with SEL £20 ;)

Both the finest platters were £2 each :money:

    Nice one TS

I walked away from the biggest piece of gammon I've ever seen. £20 odd down to £3 ish. Nowhere to put it and to be honest I'm already sick of the piece we STILL have. I'm sure the young lad who took it will make better use of it:)

There was a young girl at whoopsies tonight who kept saying"Did you know this is dated today" -and kept shaking her head:rotfl::rotfl:

Has anyone had any luck with the cashback from CS for Bisto, paxo & apple sauce? I emailed them mid December and still nothing! :(

I did Locarr. I just resubmitted my and DH's receipts and they were confirmed the next day and showing as payable. They haven't appeared in my clicksnap history though, so it's a bit of a strange one.
I Would suggest to upload them again and fingers crossed it will work for you.

Tree & Decs down, room looks bare :(

I was undecided about ours. The house has looked so pretty this year but as I'm back at work tomorrow, I went for it......and yes the house looks so bare:o

Anyway in one of the carriers that I reuse every year to pack things away, I found this Marksies receipt going back 9 years. It highlights how I used to shop before I met you lot:eek:

There's other things on the receipt other than food but this would have been one of many top up shops I would do throughout the week, on top of my Sains shop that would be in excess of £100.:eek:

    Shocking I know.

I paid 99p for celery, £1.99 for new potatoes, £6.40 for drinks and sandwiches.

    I feel embarrassed:o

    Sorry bubbs.

I think we all are becoming too reliant on one person(izzyb)me included.
I had already decided not to shop today so didn't have a look until late this afternoon.

My shortcut to asda is a bit dangerous on foot so I now walk the long way round which includes M& S foodhall carpark.£2 found in trolleys so up £2 for the day and no spend.

Well I'm off to change handbags. I'll put my good one away and find something more suited to work.

I'm not risking dog poo again:eek::rotfl:

I'm liking the idea of getting back to normal tomorrow:)

    Back later peeps:D
