Thames Water had better not tell me to conserve water.

I phoned them on Friday (and Saturday and Sunday) 'cos a pipe had burst on the building site next to our house and was gushing water.

Man finally turned up today. Said "I can't get access as no-one there and they're not answering their phone so I'll have to come back when they're working again!!" I had already told them that on the phone! :eek:
