Hope you get them soon, but weird about pains disappearing after stopping work:cool: do you eat anything different at work? did you pull/strain a muscle?

Nope don't eat at work,I've had the pains before over the last 18months and put them down to anxiety they would last a few days and come and go over time, but this time they lasted for nearly four weeks , same pain as before and a bit more but the flare up started with a stressful situation but also coincided with me eating more rich foods, hence why I had to stop the cake  so it's a case of monitoring and seeing when it happens again

a somewhat lazy attitude :( every thing that can be recycled should be recycled.

If only the council agreed. In the past they have admitted that the week when they collect from green bins they have too much stuff to recycle everything. On the alternative weeks not enough. Who would have thought that having everyone's green bins collected in the same week would cause this problem?

Did you go to C/Town to see if there was any bargains today Dodgy?

Yes, sure did. Alcohol gift sets still full price though.

I tell you what Sainsbury's have the cleanest car parks ever. Hardly ever find any discarded receipts/till spits.
