    Afternoon all

I've been to sainsbugs for a change from asda..
I bought the stilton 90p and cheeseboard £2.40.Also the scoffies for cos.
A couple of tarton Christmas bags 25p each. They were £2.50.

Got home an decided to go to asda for milk.
Lots of veg reduced to 10p.
I got baby plum tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweetheart cabbage, two lots of red grapes and double cream.
I looked in our local M&S foodhall.Reductions were still out of my price range.Enormous turkeys nearly as big as me reduced from £50 ish to £18.50.

Found a womble on the way out.

Lovely to see you LEJC. tweets glad ds got home sFely.

Considering unplugging the house phone altogether. Had about 5 calls back to back from an 002 number & 20 mins later another from a different 002 number. Do people still have house phones at all ? We all have mobiles so I don't think unplugging house phone should be an issue. Thoughts anyone please xx

I pay landline  so I get broadband .

I unplug mine quite often, eg when I get a call from abroad, as these often come in groups. Blooming annoying when you want an early night and end up leaping out of bed only to find it's another one of those stupid calls. And sometimes I forget to plug it back in again, for days on end, but I don't seem to be missing anything.

Friends/family would soon text if they couldn't reach me.
