Morning all
sadly Eldest child is setting off today but not for a few hours yet - she has an open return.
Both of us ignored alarms so neither of us stirrring yet.
OH has gone into work 'for a few hours' - well we will see
Not sure which direction to head in this afternoon - possibly Mr T to start with - quite tempted to go to W but is it more sensible to go to Sainsbobs ....“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Other things on my admin to do list.
I have just over £3 sitting in Sloppy and £8 in valued opinions. I need to get them to £4 and £10 respectively to get my money out and I'll close the door on the pair of them. Just completed a new profile survey on Valued Opinions so may get a few more surveys.
When I think about it I've got bits of money all over the place:o

I absolutely love this time of year, looking ahead to new challenges and opportunities, out with the old and all that........
Exactly. I have to clear all my daughters stuff as oh is having that as his bedroom. I agree I like a New Year and new start. First job is to ask boss for a payrise. I started there in May 2014 and havent put up my hourly rate since. I started at a lowish rate as he took me on even though I had never used Sage before and was willing to let me learn on the job. However the previous bookkeeper had made a right mess and it took me nearly a year to sort it. Books are
much straighter now so feel its time.
Right t and toast done so now to sort all my Xmas receipts and bin unwanted ones. I found an old receipts spike so have been putting everything on there since dec10 -

LOL, that was my suggestion DM!
:rotfl::rotfl:yep, ostrich steak was £5 each, RTC 50p each, I'm guessing you have them like standard steak with chips and mushrooms!

Yes very pleased with the job I have done at work its not easy as nothing is straightforward ( creative accounting I think they call it ) and I have to be on top of things all the time.
Xmas receipts sorted I now have a small pile of returns to do ( some for things I bought to bump up purchases to use conditional spends- like you do!)
I did a load of sorting out of Boots bargains and unwanted perfume gifts before Xmas and made £80.00 in 4 days. I resisted buying anything in the Boots sale yesterday!! Must get up its freezing here so might walk to W and T in a mo and not bother starting the car.0 -
Good Morning
What day is it? :rotfl:
I've lost track0
