That would make a great gift:T

Might have to have a look tomorrow:)

There were Ecotools trio gift set (9 brushes) too but still priced at £30. :( I didn't get it scanned though. Gonna have to get it checked tomorrow.:)

I went to my Tesco at 4 on Xmas eve for a phone top up. There was a bit in the reduced cabinet but on the floor were 3 crates full of finest ready meals at 35p each and finest desserts for 15p each. I got about 10 ready meals and 6 desserts and some yoghourts. There were quite a few people who got the same as me.

Year before last there were 2 women who spent 3 hours in Xmas eve in the afternoon walking round and round with a trolley full of reductions waiting for the next round of reductions when they intended to get the young man to reduce it all again. I told the cs lady after a while and she got told off. So after over 2 hours of being in her trolley she put it back. With that the assistant removed it all and it was all disposed of as it had been out of the chiller so long. So no one got it.
Funnily enough this woman came in just after the 35p meals and just got 4 bags sprouts!! ( all that was left )

    £1.37, 75% off.....alledgedly!

So, cheaper than M at (allegedly) £2, I don't know why I bother:rotfl:. Nivea Hydration Moments set at £2.50 (found in one store:D out of my three) but again it doesn't take too much - I bet someone else has that cheaper (at some competitor). Lots of other stuff (I don't know where - in other words where I might find it in what I've written down...) - I'd better just update the list:rotfl:.

I will leave last week's potential TBG items (on 'buy in M') visible on the list in case they are on pre-Christmas for the rest of the year.

Some of the 1L alcohols, that rose in time for Christmas, have now gone back to £15 in M. However I need to work out which ones, from the information I've got 'all over the place' - I have promotional material in one store showing me a range of them but there are others on that price too. So, the first store promo. material is not complete in the ones it shows and I have others from elsewhere but some are full price and some of them may have been found in one store at full price SEL but if I have the offer elsewhere they will be on offer! More than usual was scanned at each store today due to the risk of not having the items elsewhere and in order to resolve what I would usually take to another store that today I didn't have. So, that's how some of it has been managed with three stores:cool:!

The Terry's Chocolate Orange Ice Creams are still £1 in M today. However, as for TBG... it seems most Ms are showing £2.43! I have another store (additional to all my ones elsewhere from the two previous collections) with £2.43 SEL and I've now even managed to get one at £2.99 on this £1 product! It's been scanned - £2.99, £2.43 and no trace means it is... £1! As expected.

I suspect Nanak Rassomalia is still £3 although I have full price SELs and unfortunately no way of checking today. My first store would not have that product anyway (but was chosen for others) but of course I picked at least one other store that I knew would have this product. It was full price SEL and no stock in the first of them. Unfortunately the other one also has full price showing - although this store also has full price on other items on the same shelf known to be on offer so I don't think it's correct. Sadly also no stock there so I couldn't check today.

The Christmas tubes have now gone to 75p RTC - but I think not very good at this stage as last year they ended up at 50p. They were 2 for £1.50 last week so no difference now. The Cadbury Winter Wonderland Chocolate bar and Snow Bites pouch (v.small to me:p) have gone to 75p but, again, they don't seem to want you to get any better than their 4 for £3 offer of last week:wall:. (That may be so - on at least the Chocolate bar anyway - I think Snow Bites may have been on the same offer last week but I ignored them as it wasn't good enough, and required multiple purchasing.)

The 3 for £1 offer appears to be off on the Savoy Cabbage and Onions (using fewer stores than now normal - but I think I'm fairly confident (95%) that it's going to turn out to be off when I go and check msm). The 2 for £20 alcohol packs (20 Carling, 20 Strongbow, 18 Coors Light), according to new offer cards that were put up during my visit at one of the stores, have gone to... straight £10:wall:. So - altogether now! - "No change there then!":rotfl:.

One of the "large" selection boxes (I have lost the other two) is now £2 RTC:rotfl:. Yes, I think that was back on 2 for £4 last week! I thought these might work on the APG before but I don't think they do now. I could be wrong, as I usually am. The other selection boxes, that ended on 50p last last and into at least April of this year, don't seem to have gone down much at all. It seems we've not had any remotely good offers (even before Christmas) on many selection boxes this time, unless I have missed them - not even the usual £1s - so the prices now have ended up at even more costly that that! It seems. Unless I'm looked in the wrong place:rotfl:. Otherwise, it seems it was the tiny ones this year that supermarkets were offering at £1:mad:.

Pleased that lots of peeps got some good whoopsies today:T

I ventured out and the shops were very quiet.

I picked up some boxes of jelly babies and 2 whoopsied bags of chopped butternut squash and sweet potatoes for 5p each to make a soup.

I spotted Turkeys in A but they were still pricey.....for me:).....around the £12 mark. With no space in the freezer it was an easy decision not to hang about for whoopsies.

I've been having a tidy up at home, refreshed all the candles and had a wrapping paper chuck out. The place looks a lot better:)

Turkey crowns in A were reduced but by about 30% when I was in earlier - they had loads of them. I didn't go back but as they were all 27/12 dated I assume they may be reduced further tomorrow if not cleared today. Likely other stores too - S also had loads 50% off today, dated 27/12 so worth visiting again tomorrow.
