Woke up at 3.40 this morning and could not get back to sleep so sprouts already peeled and in fridge for tomorrow.

Morning all Just got a huge fright our Marks opened at 6 this morning and with parking restrictiions not in force until 8 was able to park down one of the side roads so within 200 yds and free :j.

Came out and heading back to the car and realised no one about apart from this guy walking towards me who then stopped and looked around OMG so darted up a side alley to where a cab office is which thankfully had its lights on waited and then gingerly peeped around the corner to see where he was. My car was only just a few yards away so made a dash for it as he was a lot further away - locked the doors sharpish as he had started to come back down the road :eek:

Could have been perfectly innocent but felt very vulnerable I have to say. Off to T's now to park in their brightly lit car park which no doubt will have cars queuing - for once I won't be complaining. :rotfl:

got a busy one today and must be organised I have got bbc radio Essex broadcasting from my house later this afternoon kids are excited!! Also we go and get our new rabbit 'bowie' trifle stuffing balls and pigs in blankets to cook up today, veg prepped and I still have 4 cakes to do so I must crack on with it!
