Bear wanted to create that classic scene from a Christmas episode of Mr Bean. Unfortunately turkey was too heavy for Bear to stand up and walk round with it on his head:eek::eek:

But today we went to the Lindt shop (obeying orders!) to buy chocs for 20 people (!) and I spotted info about a choc card. We bought one for €5, got €5 off the chocs we bought, plus another 10% off plus several free chocs in a little bag. My friend was well impressed especially as the card can continue to be used in Lindt shops in Italy. The chocs are lush...

That's so funny, and just typical of a man lol. I parboiled the spuds this afternoon and foil wrapped them in a disposable turkey tin ready to be roasted on Christmas Day. I put the turkey tin on a melamine tray to keep it more stable and stop it bending as they were being moved due to the weight of the spuds. I asked DH to put the spuds in the fridge in the garage. A few hours later I was tidying the kitchen and asked DH if he had seen my tray. Oh he said, I've put in the fridge with the spuds on  what a donut!
