Happy to share, I've been making them at least once every other day and they come out really fluffy and stay soft for a couple of days. I've had so many disasters with bread rolls that I'd given up but I will rarely buy them from now on (although buying some brioche ones tonight for burgers lol)

Off the top of my head as made them so often I don't need to look at the recipe now

    250ml (1 cup) tepid water
    1/4 cup veg oil
3 cups strong white bread flour
    1tsp salt
    2tbsp caster sugar
    1 sachet easy bake yeast

My breadmaker states liquids first, then flour spread over the top. Make a well in the centre of the flour for the yeast. Sugar one side of the bread pan and salt on the opposite side not interacting wth the yeast til mixing starts.

Set on the dough cycle, check after the initial mix (usually 3 mins or so in) if a bit dry add a tiny bit more water (only a teaspoon or so) and scrape any ingredients down from the sides.

Once the dough mix is ready flour your hands and the surface for kneading. Remove the dough and knead a little to knock some of the air out. Cut the dough into 8-10 evenly sized pieces and roll into balls before placing onto a greased baking sheet (I use spray oil but not the low cal stuff) Leave enough space in between each one for the dough to roughly double in size. Leave to rise for about an hour.

Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes then move onto a cooling rack.

I just found the youtube link but no way am I deleting all this text :rotfl: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyqMpnXta5U
Thank you so much, much appreciated :)
