Update on our Nannylala
She ok and I reckon wont be long before she posts
I have been in touch with her DDlala and her mum ok she had boogered her laptop and tablet up and DDlala been round fixing them :j:j:j
You beat me to it tweets I was going to contact Lala if we didn't hear from Nanny soon was getting worried.0 -
Good job I didn t choose it then and went for the traditional and cheaper way but still quite a lot of money. If ones roof isn t done well the rest of the house won't be in very good condition if you know what I mean lol
I am really pleased you chose the right way to do the roof xHit a nerve did thatdd2 already had low self esteem when she suffered at the hands of bullies and has been subsequently been diagnosed with social anxiety. Makes me so sad and mad
:(
Strewth, sorry to hear about DD2. The impact of bullying can be horrendous xEnterprise_1701C wrote: »What I want to know is how you manage it

Believe me, that has been suggested :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
I'm just popping in, and wondering whether bubbs has already mentioned, possibly from hotukdeals (if they've noticed it:D), the really good item that I have from M today.
Don Valerio Fusilli (3Kg) is 50p:D.
No wonder I had five stores on Monday and didn't find it in any of them:rotfl:. It's clearly gone well better than the £2:eek: I've had it on my list for several weeks, although I always mentioned that that was worse than a previous comparison on own label vs T. Well that comparison was against an offer price and we know that offer prices are never any good - the only good prices are when items go onto proper RTCs. (That is opposed to items on £1 offer than double in price and then go to £1.50 RTC prices or the like - obviously such a "reduction"/increase from non-immediately previous price is not a proper one for us!)
Today I didn't see the Don Valerio product in the usual place in my store and thought it had gone (I didn't have it at all on Monday elsewhere) - then a few moments later I reached the RTC shelf and saw it on the shelf, obviously with no SEL:rotfl:. It has scanned at 50p and that is not from a store-specific BC but will be across stores - although clearly it will be in fewer stores now.
I'm leaving the updating off until at least tomorrow, to give myself a little bit of a break. It was a nice price collection though - quite easy as not much has changed from Monday. I ended up scanning the JS Golden Ale and found it to be £1 again so I didn't need the fourth store this time. I have got quite a range, that fit in like a jigsaw, on a lot of the items I could do with seeing - from my three stores. What one doesn't have another one does. Nonetheless, there are a handful of items I've lost, that I may mention later (probably on another day), and obviously I don't have the KA drinks today so I'm formally unable to confirm whether they are still 3 for £1, although they probably will be I think, and the Nrich Energy drinks also aren't in my stores.
There are some gardening items now on RTC prices, that are better than the prices I have for them on my list:eek:! I knew I should never have added any gardening item whatsoever to the list in the first place, as they were bound to go down. Well, they have - although maybe they still have to drop even further. I'll put the new prices onto the list later.
There also seem quite a few kitchen utensils on RTC and some cups at 50p now too (I'm not convinced that I've got them all - I found an extra one at my second store but I also had a store that had no SELs on the entire range so couldn't tell what prices they are and there's no descriptions on the SELs, as there aren't any SELs, so even if I scanned them I could not tell what the products are called - it's different colours that I am probably missing and not too seriously as whatever is in your store will probably be 50p - various Slogan Mugs and also some other product whose details I've got).
Elsewhere, I have Glade Velvet Tea Party Sense & Spray Refill 18ml at 43p, some Oral B kids toothpaste (75ml) on 37p and Betty Crocker Velvety Vanilla Cake Mix (450g) on 56p RTC:
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?query=betty+crocker+vanilla+cake&store=Morrisons
Obviously, it seems it's having a downsize and the downsized version, as seems ever, much much worse value - until some further downsize:( is made at some point in the future and on which the 425g then goes to a decent RTC price itself. For now, 450g at 56p (will never be as good again probably!) rather than being short by 25g and paying them, it seems, £1.68 more!
There's obviously more than this, as I pick up bits all over the place, but these seem (unless I've forgotten something and I probably have*) to be the highlights, the really good prices. *EDIT: Maybe the M Portable Kettle Barbecue at £1.75 (suggests it was £7 before as that's crossed out). And Pimms No 1 1L is back at £10 in M (though I thought it was on £9 RTC on one brief occasion earlier in the year, somewhat before the previous £10 offer period to the current one). That will need time to update if anyone wants to try 10% and might never work if they haven't changed the main SELs from £20.
See you again later:wave:.0 -
