Thanks for contacting us, I have taken a look at your receipt and we have had to decline this unfortunately, because your receipt has already been uploaded and rewarded to another CheckoutSmart account.

Each receipt may only be submitted once to CheckoutSmart, or to any of our partners (Quidco, Clicksnap & TCB). Any receipt submitted multiple times will only be awarded in the first time it is received. This information can be found under the general terms and conditions for each of the offers and also in the ' Find out more' section of the app, listed under ' How many times can I claim each offer.'

I think I'll send a reply and mention they are 2 separate claims even if they are on the same receipt. I know TCB allows this so don't see why COS should be different seeing as they are the same company.

Yes reply again pointing out you are not claiming the normal offers on both but 1Pint and the normal offers.
