I guess that even something simple like a chocolate orange and a pair of socks...either christmas or plain would be a good token gift that didnt cost too much.
I think given the time, you really need to just go simple.
It's something that had you known about it months ago you could have probably got a good selection of bits and pieces but glitches particularly of the festive sort have been quite sparse this year.

Lidl or aldi for something chocolate or biscuity might also be an option.

Dont look back at what you gave last year....thats done and gone focus on this year and the act of giving a small but hopefully welcomed little gift.

I can sympathise I've had the same problem and I was also driven to desperation - I have not actually got OH anything yet - he has given me the link to a very tedious engine he wants and I need to be doing that ...

What is the approximate budget please - perhaps we on the Elite can put our heads together

This probably wont help but here is what I got my problems
Eldest son got an Amazon echo dot - quite gadety but I was at my wits end with him. Also a wine decanter with a section in the side to put ice cubes as he does not like his wine diluted down
Youngest son - very outdoorsy so I got him a Mountain Warehouse fleece from Tesco direct, travel book from Amazon. I also got from Groupon a meal deal for a nice 3 course meal in a local caf! and also entry tickets to a local wildlife rescue centre
Eldest childs BF - a tie with pheasants on and cuff links with the same (he is always impeccably dressed, even tweed jackets with jeans at weekends) and also a set of miniature whiskies as he is just getting into Whisky.

blokes like vouchers - iTunes, Amazon and eating places are good. Also cinema or theatre gift cards
look at places like Beerdock - nice glass and beer sets
notonthehightstreet - another good place for ideas
Groupon/living social - numerous activity type presents
Avoid anything too obvious like toiletries, socks and underwear unless they specifically ask for them or they are fun joke presents
Books are good if you know their tastes
cashmere scarves - v pricey, managed to get one in a sale one year
moleskine - do very nice luxurious diaries, planners, notebooks - try Amazon

Thanks for the expert advice :)
The missing gifts on my list are not for close family, just cousin's children plus my children's godmother's husband. I ended up getting vouchers for the young ones (bought using some of my S's champers refund :) )
Have bought some wine and chocs for the older giftee, and will look out for a scarf this week.

Major reductions on Xmas decs at House of Fraser - at least 75% off everything, including trees, baubles, lights, etc. W's decs reduced to 50%. I resisted them all :)

Thank you Tinyshoes I'll check out their delivery dates. Lucky I didn't find out about these earlier they would never have made it as gifts :D

LEJC - Yes I think token is my only option this year. And that's my exact frustration there have been some fab deals this year and had I known I was needed I would have probably got the bulk of presents done months ago

How about a couple of bottles of something like the blind pig cider or a craft ale from the supermarkets...wrapped up nicely with maybe a nice block of chocolate I always think that makes quite a nice cheap gift for a male of that 20's age!
I have done something similar for the partners and husbands of my nieces,I don't know them that well but needed a token gift so the 3 for £5 bottles of different varieties seemed quite a good option for me.
If you know any of them like wine then again a bottle is probably going to be appreciated too.

Of course the present that also usually goes down quite well is a lottery scratch card....very reasonably priced if you get the £1 versions and someone always walks away with a tenner if you give them to large numbers in groups.

I also did them a few years back for each of the extended family....sadly no big winners but at least the recipients have a chance at getting something back so it doesnt feel like you left them out present wise!
