A few people have asked about breakdown cover recently. 2gether is on offer on Groupon for £24 for the year - it includes roadside, homestart, relay, overnight accommodation if required etc. Don't forget TCB/QC and check for intro vouchers too as there is generally a £10 off deals over £20 kicking about.

They use a national chain of independent garages like Green Flag and otherwise ers do, just a different insurance company in front in many cases.

I have not had reason to call them out yet but seems a good deal - Drive24-7 and various other providers offer a similar model. I tend to switch each year to keep getting the new customer deal as AA and RAC are very expensive, even with cashback.
