Don't laugh but I went to cinema to see this last year with my friend & her hubby. Think we were only ones in without kids plus me being gooseberry was a bit :rotfl: xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

I also did my PO shop on a Thursday but it did not show until the following Monday so don't schedule the panic until at least Wednesday
Ive got a post office on my small shops list but its about 20 mins away so 40 min round trip and nothing else in the same direction. I am wondering if its worth while ringing them or is that s bit weird?
also I am wondering who is local to me - Staffs, Cheshire and Shrops. I would swap info on my non working venue for similar info but I think red fox would put me on the naughty step again
RF, are we not allowed to swop information about shops which don't work with this promotion please?0 -

Edit: Whoops. I meant without a child...! All this Christmas card writing is getting to me...0 -

there are two in M - these were marked "new" on the packs and I hadn't seen them before. I'm not confident that I have got all of the ones that M has - I was lucky to have even these I felt - just one in a single store and the other one in another single store only. I was going to say I will have a full sweep, in every store I visit, tomorrow to see if there are any more that I have missed - however these were only on offer until today so I will be deleting them next time unless M extends its offer.
They are on 'buy in M' so, if the offer ends today, that may now be over at least for now.
I have looked at a.com for the Richmond Thick Pork. That seems to be Richmond Perfect Bake not Richmond Shake & Bake. The only Shake & Bake ones that I have, in M, are 440g but the Perfect Bakes are different weight. I do not know that A has any Shake & Bake products - if they are not online they will not appear on a comp. and thus will not compare. Even if they were available and if they appear, they might not compare at the moment if this really is a "new" item. I have those two in M (there could be more but, in any event, with there being only one online, I have done better than msm:j) but the M offer price is due to end today.
You're lucky - under my old approach, of stores I used to visit, I would have had one of them only (the one that is online) and be unaware of the other Shake & Bake at all as I have picked that up this week from elsewhere. Indeed, under my original approach, of the one store I used to use, I would have, at this stage, had none of them at all! I said that I am now using twice as many stores as before. It occurs to me that that's now incorrect - in fact I was generally using 3 (or sometimes 4) stores, and the same ones on Monday and Wednesday, whereas, this week, I have 12 different stores (6 on each day as they were two completely different sets of 6 stores and none of them overlapped) - so, in fact, it's three or even four times the number of before!
I would need more stores to see 'everything' though - and, even there, I think I would now need at least three stores additional to the further stores I thought I would need - I forgot that I would need the store that has the pound shop and all its items in it. Generally, elsewhere, a random one may be found in a single store I visit and that will happen about once every three months or so:rotfl: - usually nothing at all in any of them - I need the store that I now know of that exists elsewhere that has the full range (even assuming that that is the full range). I'm just assuming for now that these items are still there and, being in the pound shop, are still £1. I would also need a store in Wales to pick up some Welsh items - there is a fairly new range (unless it's been elsewhere without my knowledge for some time before:rotfl:) of pies and pastries specific to Wales although the price was no good for them to get to the list when I saw them. I'd also need a store in Scotland to pick up the Scottish version of the milk and other such items. So, not just the six(?) extra to get additional items/ranges that I don't have, even from 12 stores, so 18 stores, but at least three more as well and that's when I am excluding local newspapers from the items I get. If there is a store that has all the ranges that M has, I have yet to find it. I don't think that visiting every store in a big conurbation would necessarily pick everything up (even if I exclude all the much older RTC items) - and there is one item that I have only seen recently in two quite small stores (one of which I did have again this week).
So, how do I manage with all these missing items? Well, there are items, shall we say, that I could do with seeing (others that I don't have each time, but may have every other week, from visiting other places, are just taken to be continuing on offers that I already know about, from having them before) - and six stores sometimes gets everything that I need to see or, if not, there are one or two items, or only a handful, that I don't end up with even after that and I make my own judgements about them. So, not too bad.0 -
