I've been MIA. I was responsible for organising a charity lunch today. It all went without a hitch but not without a headache.

Despite what it says on the menu some people will ask for variations.

Can I have it without tomatoes?
Can I have chips instead of sweet potatoes?
Can I pay you when I see you?
I'm going to be late can they serve it later?

And on and on....another raffle organised and more money raised.
