It's a very damp day today but no rain, no wind, no sun , just damp.

I'm slowly getting my present shopping done, even the Christmas socks contents are piling up. I just had to give Mr AJ a short list of what to bring me, 2 Curly straws, 2 quirky pens, 2 sets of Snap cards and a few other mixed bits and pieces. I'm not sure if ds4 is having his dgf staying over Christmas Eve, probably not, she'll come over Christmas Day.

Having brunch and toilet break then I've got to go back to bed. The lover part of my spine is stinging so much this morning and fingers tingling yet again, so may not be typing for a day or two, I'll lurk instead :D

Hope everyone well and coping with this Christmas madness. I'm aware that not everyone that posts on here is not as full and plenty as others and may be facing hard times. So I'd like to say just buy what you can afford no matter how small, and enjoy the look on your children's faces when they open their presents xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    :)

Bit of a step backwards today with the cold :( So in dressing gown & new slippers

My beloved old slippers (nice sheepskin mules) the soles had become unattached & were like clown shoes & I nearly had an accident climbing the stairs :o:o
So I had to gain access to my EMU hoard & find a new pair - which are divinely warm & furry :D

Today I was meant to going to library & Lidl but I haven't mustered the effort :o:o

    :)

Not a big Nectar points collector but my card is linked to eBay account.
Received email today saying I had completed 5 out of 6 tasks to gain a bonus ....

The 6th task is to convert points & buy something on eBay - which I've spent all morning browsing.
Do I need perfume? pineapple cutter? Kipling? cheese slicer?
Got to be done by 11th for bonus..

Just collected my Sanctuary order from Mr Shoes. It was delivered in one big heavy box so I asked if I could open the box and put the items in two bags instead, for ease of carrying. Good job I did. Three of the six glass jars were smashed and glass shards everywhere. Fortunately all were quickly replaced from store stock. But whoever "packed" these at the warehouse wants a rocket!

I've just popped in for a catch-up, off to bed too now. Another Twilight shift over:T

    ChelseaFred:)

Like you do in the dead of night:rotfl:.

EDIT: Oh, good afternoon all! Arriving here for my daily glitch check...

EDIT 2: So, no glitches thank you very much:T:rotfl:. I shall be fine restarting/continuing the M list updating today - seeing that I started at 7 o'clock yesterday evening. (I might actually get somewhat more done today:rotfl:.) It should already be good as far as it goes, as I have crossed out the expired items - there may be one or two more to do from Wednesday - I have now removed the items that expired on Monday completely (apart from the ones that I wish to draw attention to there being a price increase in M*). I am now adding the new items, and Monday and Wednesday will appear in bold so that you can see what they are (as and when they get added) - it will then remain that way until after Monday 12th.

*If my SELs generally are correct.

Picasso, there is 45% off available for Parcelforce. They are not the cheapest (even with the discount) but they are very reliable. Give me a shout if you need more details.
