My prize from Inked Cup has arrived , I'm very pleased with it but not sure whether to keep it for myself or let one of my granddaughters use it when she visits.

I could then buy myself another design, Inked Cup has some super designs on their mugs, difficult to make the decision

Thank you for both these, Pacifica, [FONT=&quot][/FONT]disproportionately comforting! No, they have not offered me compensation and a quick Google suggests that none will be forthcoming. I have emailed them and also put feedback on their Facebook page and on Google reviews so that others are warned. Am still rather upset about all this but have calmed down and will post the presents down to London. I'll explore DHL especially! Thank you.
