Thankyou everyone, my lovely dear friend is now at rest, lovely service at the crematorium, it was packed out and a good send off, now she may rest in peace and out of pain.Good morning all...
I'm still looking in from the sidelines...but need to pop in to support my dear friend cjj....the nightime is always the hardest sweetheart but you will see the light when you are ready x
Sarah....I hope today goes as you will want it to x
I'm in a dark place at the moment but I know I will come through it...I'm reading but the interaction is a struggle...I've wanted to reply to so many posts recently but the words have not come out as I would have wanted ....so at the risk of potentially causing offence I have just read!
Christmas and the lead up is a difficult time for many people so in the hustle and bustle of daily life please try and be kind to those around you and above all don't take things to heart.
Uplifting pictures are the order of the day.....
No need, lurk if you need to, but we are all here, and we know what you are going through, and if we can help in any way we will. Friends and virtual friends are welcome anytime, for a shoulder, we all need one at some time, I certainly have this last week or so.
Now do I put the christmas tree and decorations or not :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

shortened URLs aren't allowed i.e the kind or URL that when you click it you are immediately redirected to a totally different page with a much longer URL.
They are the kind of links that 10 ways uses to disguise what site a particular deal is on so that you have to click their link to find out (which just so happens to be a referral link that earns them money)
The disguised links could just as easily redirect to a malicious page as they could a referral page and that's why they're not allowed on hereApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
I'm having a great moneysavingmorning
Have downloaded the PayQuik app from martin's weekly email so I can collect the 500 extra T c'card points - made me realise I didn't convert 2 c'card vouchers that had expired at the end of Nov that were for £2.50 and £5.00 - kicking myself for letting my radar go off course!
Quick call to C'card - was completely honest with what I'd done and asked if there was anything I could do to make use of the vouchers - and so they took a look on my account amd as a gesture of goodwill they are crediting my account with 750 points - as I told the guy - he's made my day!
Then got a message from Android Pay about instant win when using the app to pay unilt 31st dec - and the first purchases also earns a coin. Collect all 5 coiins for a free Costa coffee up to £3.
And now I'm off to WHS to get my free choc coiins and return my £6 slippers (bought with the £5 sparkies bonus) for a credit note as I will never wear them!
I'm feeling SO moneysavingexpert (quickly brushing over the point about nearly losing my C-card points)!!!!!!!!0 -
Hope the day is going well cjj.
Sarah, hope you're ok after this morning. As you say, your dear friend is at peace now.
LEJC (((x))) as always lovely lady.0 -
Well done Lima
T's for milk and UG, results as expected so all good, I passed the cranberry with some regret as I'd used all my mocs, then to my delight on my way out I found a stack of mags, they'd moved them for the poinsettia display. So I am restocked with mocs.
It's glorious here, 14 degrees, such a blessing.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
Email for my PO amex transaction had arrived by the time I walked back to my car0
