yes, it really looks good, it is going to be very hard to wrap this off and send it off to someone else ...

OH tried to give a link for some railway book he wanted ordering for Christmas, very tedious so I think I instantly forgot it so I am going to have to ask him again ....

I'm just a sucker for anything with maps on it. I have boxes with maps...coasters with maps...paperweights with maps. I even have some actual maps! :D

    Morning all :D

I've just done all of my ordering in one fell swoop :j so it will be a week of random parcels appearing at all hours of the day and night :D

I've not seen anyone mention books as gifts this year - are books totally out of fashion now that we all just play on electronic devises instead?

I've just ordered this for an adventurer but it also looks very decorative - once you get in to this section there are quite a few interesting books

My DD2 is just like her dad and would happily spend all day reading. Her Xmas list is 60% books.

    Morning Everyone :)

    Persuaded everyone to download Blippar.

DD2 was blipping for the third day and moaning that it was all a scam. "But lots of people have won a tenner" I said. "Oh, they've been paid to say that" she replied.

Next moment she won a tenner!! :rotfl::rotfl:

She wasn't really convinced though until it was safely in my Amazon account

Mind you she also loves her electronic devices too and reads a lot on e reader but she does love to have real books lined up very neatly on the bookshelf.

She is beside herself today as on a school trip to the Harry Potter thing. I don't think there's a trivia question about HP she couldn't answer.

Please can someone remind me how to amend the code on flickr so that I can upload a picture to here? Think I used to use a BBCode?!

    Worked it out now!

  • I have never found one of those flamedeer, do you just randomly click, and do you have to bring the offer up rather than just scrolling through please? I seem to have some time on my hands.

Someone left the gate open...The flamedeers are out again...I caught another...I have two in the pen now..:D
