Hi juju. Thanks for the info but I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean.

When you say T do you mean toscos? I've already got my accounts opened at other banks but because I don't have d/d's on them I won't receive interest after September so am looking to set up the cheapest d/d's to qualify for interest to be paid.

Sorry if that was what you meant but I'm not sure what 'T' stands for.

Yes T stands for Tesco lol

    Good Morning all :)

Hi Gocat. Like others suggested set up a S/O for the same date for all the payments needed. It's so much easier. I've had no problems so far.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but how did you manage to set up so many d/d's. I need to find the cheapest option (I'm hoping £1 each or less) otherwise I won't be earning any interest come September. I can't move my utilities d/d's as they are needed on the account they are already on!

    Any suggestions gratefully received.:)

I used tesco accounts - you can set dad's up yourself rather than having the recipient do it. One or two are to my own other accounts !

Just go to tesco banking and open an account - put in a little cash (£50or so) and then set up dds yourself straight from there. You don't need to use the account , just make sure you keep enough in it for the dds.

Good morning all. Thought it was meant to be sunny here  Still, maybe later.

Squigs, when do you get your results through? How are you coping with the wait? I have everything crossed for you xx

Hopefully having our roof done today. Only the front half needs doing , the side that gets all the wind and rain. Good job really as we have solar panels all over the back. Hubby wanted this firm that does it from the inside . Someone sprays stuff all over the roof and it sets. Only £3,500 , I don't think so.
