This is my Mr !!!!!! shop - usual 6 Hipp, 5 U&g and 4 soup plus some odds and ends for the food bank trolley and my small bit of shopping

After the BM my shop dropped just about £19 which was annoying as I had a conditional spend - no OH with me though to run back and get something to take me over £20. If Id have done the maths correctly I could have just included the cheese I forgot to get :(

Our store had numerous collectors from the local food bank in today and they seemed to be stacking everything into the flat green trays the shopping pickers used but it looked very encouraging, must have been 3 columns stacks of about 10 trays each.

I really wanted to try the new Alpro desserts but none in my store :(

My store also seemed to have stopped selling green label soup so I had to take 4 random ones instead. As you can see I got one wrong :( but it also looks like green label has just been re labelled so at least I know what to get for next time.

My OS MOCs looked nice and big and clear but they would not scan at the till so I said not to worry I would take them up to CS to work the magic. They gave me the money back as cash.

Went to Argos to get my Kenwood. It is a new one within Homebase at Longwell green. Long queue and only 2 cashiers and I thought I was going to be there all day. But noticed the Fast Track queue was on the other side. Went up to ask if we had to all queue and then split off and she said no come straight to Fast track. Asked the queue if any were Fast Track and many said yes but werent willing to move over as they werent sure. Went to back of queue again and then thought this is silly. So I said loudly if anyone is in Fast Track queue is over thee but no one responded. So I walked over and girl came to serve me. Couple of people moaned and I said but I have my 6 month old gd in the car and Im in a hurry. So one chap pipes up and said well my Dad dies last week!
So I just ignored them and waited box came and it was enormous so DD had to come in and help. (Grampy in car with baby) a boy did we get some looks on the way out from the queue. Too bad.
    So pleased with the bargain
