    Nectar:mad:

They have taken just under 15,000 points off me.

I was aware that I had too many points in my account because when I had been doubling up in a store which is not my regular one, my balance wasn't going down. I was aware of this and didn't dip into them as I knew that could/ would be removed. But they have also removed my recent bonuses plus several thousand more points that they are not entitled to.
So I've been on to online chat and frankly lost the will. They haven't got a clue.....I spoke to 3 different people, one of whom didn't even know about the double up and I quite rudely disconnected mid conversation as I couldn't be bothered to educate them about it.

So I rang them and asked for someone to take a look at my account. " oh you've had lots of points removed" he said "pop into a store tomorrow and get them to ring us and we will get them all put back on for you" This is despite me explaining in depth what points I was due to and which points should not have been taken:o

So tomorrow I will go in store, have exactly the same conversation at the CS desk. They will ring Nectar and stick me on the phone and I will have to go through it all again. This won't be resolved easily:o

    Anyway....hope we are all well:)

I have 3 hampers to make up tonight for more fundraising efforts. I've got plenty of stuff to fill them to overflowing but keep forgetting to check that everything's in date:rotfl:

Gawd what a nightmare TM, I know they are a complete pain in the arris to deal with. I've been bombarding them from all angles including FB as I still have missing points. What happens to the poor people who aren't as on the ball as us, those who don't realise they have points missing :o

I opted in to the Boots £10 off promotion yesterday through Quidco.
I'd planned to use it buying stocking fillers/ cheap deodorants etc but unsure where to find the link on Quidco to go back through again.

Or is it the case, once you've opted in you will qualify anyway.

No glitchy ones today TM but I've had a good day.

Used 5 apgs totalling £8.87over 2 shops .Spent 32p cash.

    Found 8 wombles £16.48.

Cashed out £6 paypal for surveys plus £10 sainsbugs gift card for surveys.. and finally cashed £4 on sloppytights.

The last one for sloppy I think. The app keeps crashing on my phone and it doesn't seem worth the effort now with so few offers.

I'll post some of the wombles if the whiz kids at apg will let me.
