COOP
I don't know if I have imagined it but I think someone said wombles from coop you can do the receipts yourself online?
If so where?
I cant find anywhere to do this.....so perhaps I am dreaming[/QUOTE
Evening all. Yes I have added womble. On the right hand side of the page after logging in it says !dd a missing receipt.
some Co ops ask if you want your receipt so most people say no and then the wombles are few and far between sadly ...
But you can also get Marks Sparks points added on at CS eg when you are collecting an order as well so its worth collecting those wombles - there is a button on the till if the assistant looks blank or denies it - it is on the marks sparks q and a page
Not that they are worth anything but I seem to remember something about keeping your spend up in year 2 or loosing status or suchlike“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Grrrrr:mad:
Nectar:mad:
They have taken just under 15,000 points off me.
I was aware that I had too many points in my account because when I had been doubling up in a store which is not my regular one, my balance wasn't going down. I was aware of this and didn't dip into them as I knew that could/ would be removed. But they have also removed my recent bonuses plus several thousand more points that they are not entitled to.
So I've been on to online chat and frankly lost the will. They haven't got a clue.....I spoke to 3 different people, one of whom didn't even know about the double up and I quite rudely disconnected mid conversation as I couldn't be bothered to educate them about it.
So I rang them and asked for someone to take a look at my account. " oh you've had lots of points removed" he said "pop into a store tomorrow and get them to ring us and we will get them all put back on for you" This is despite me explaining in depth what points I was due to and which points should not have been taken:o
So tomorrow I will go in store, have exactly the same conversation at the CS desk. They will ring Nectar and stick me on the phone and I will have to go through it all again. This won't be resolved easily:o
Anyway....hope we are all well:)
I have 3 hampers to make up tonight for more fundraising efforts. I've got plenty of stuff to fill them to overflowing but keep forgetting to check that everything's in date:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

Off out now, catch you later.
I have bought in 3s before I realised if I got 5 and 1 of the travel minis, would still be £6 for 5 and a mini for hols.0
