congrats, isn't it lovely to start the week with good news.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Re the Irish passport thing - DH has been thinking about applying for one. His parents are both Irish and arrived here as immigrants in 1961. However, since I am not eligible for one (being of noble/Viking descent
) there doesn't seem to be much point.
While we finish off decorating our spare room, there is a clothes rail temporarily residing in the bathroom. Had to get up during the night, completely forgot it was there and walked straight into it in the dark, giving my nose a hefty bashFortunately no bruising but it does look a little bit swollen.

Read back a little, been watching e-formula and F1 racing! Started to watch footie, but that's going one way.
Spent over an hour trying to fit the meats in my freezer, took it all out of the packaging and into bags, not a chance!! I ended up giving some to neighbours.
My freezer is now full of pies and meat. Not bad when it was all free.:D
How things turn around. 2 1/2 years ago I was in desperate need of help, now I'm giving back again. Feels bloody brilliant.
I so love the ELITE way. :T
Well done and hope that your neighbours appreciated the gesture.
That is the true Elite way, helping each other, if we can.:beer:0 -

What I really need is lots of items suitable for boys presents - twenty something's
(and very cheap posh wrapping paper, I am now using rolls of brown paper as I have none but the next birthday is in December so I am not worried yet)

My mum came across with her sister in 1947 - they must have been so desperate to escape their home life, my grandmother was a tyrant apparently“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
