I am wondering now if Quidco will do a £10 off a £25 spend in Superdrug later in the week, just holding off making an order now just incase ...

You would have thought that spending £32 on full VAT items in Boots would be very easy ...

I need to buy 3 lady shavers, but reading reviews is off putting:( might just get 3 disposable razors:rotfl::rotfl:

    £32 then I reckon.

Also remember to avoid putting zero-rated items in your basket.

And watch out for lower rate VAT - eg a child's car seat will only attract VAT at 5%.

We will all be VAT experts at this rate - all thanks to QCo.:rotfl:

Feel free to come and do my VAT next week. :D

about 3 or 4 years ago I was in Boots and they were demonstrating epilator so I volunteered my services, fabulous results. I then went on to treat myself to one - mine is still going, nothing to ever go wrong. I used to go for waxing so this has paid for itself over and over again.
I have zero pain threshold but this does not bother me at all. Eldest child though who has delicate blonde bum-fluff on her legs cant tolerate them and still shaves

The new ones have a fancy see in the dark light - I have no idea why you would be doing your legs in the dark

Well if I could have got my hands on loads of free metros I would have done but going to Liverpool just for those isn t an option. Either they take them or they don't. Luckily my Tesco decided they would take them. I haven t bothered using any anywhere else.

Luck of the draw really as to who is convenient to where for what.

Waitrose and Morrisons would mean a rather long trip out for me, and the big T is way off my normal routes, so I miss out on a lot on the everyday deals.

But Metros I can get plenty of. Makes such a change to be in the right place for once... :D
