Just chatted to Q...I would have got it had I opted in but I opted in after I made the purchase so missed out...Not to worry...I get free delivery to the house because it was over £50

On the ones we got in the first year you couldn't pre-book online but with the more recent ones you apparently can - I haven't tried as I live very close to the cinema so tend to wander in if I'm passing and get the tickets earlier in the day.
Definitely no problem with using someone else's vouchers. We had some we couldn't use and passed them on to DH's mum, aunt and 2 cousins. No ID required, just hand over voucher and they give you a ticket
