Afternoon peeps.
Bit of a dilemma in T's this afternoon. I was in there about 3.30pm when an SA bought out around 50 packs of bbq meats, the £4 ones that are 2 for £7 or 3 for £10. They were all reduced to 50p and there was no one else around. What would you do?
No dilemma. I grabbed 48 packs and got paid £8 to take it all away.:rotfl:

No 20p shower gels
But I did get the Heinz beans for Shopotize and 3 receipts which have earned me a magnificent 70 odd p :j
Also I found half price cat food :T
Felix as good as it looks favourites selection 44 hundred gram sachets
Barcode ending 455896
£6.50 instead of £13
Sadly only 2 boxes
I best not mention I got a few shower gels on my travels today.
Not lucky with the Andrex puppies though.Odd that someone on HUKD mentioned they are in my little local store but scanning £7 there was not even a gap for them yesterday, wonder if they are confusing them with the Andrex with blue packaging instead of the pinky/purple puppy one...

Also has anyone fathomed this our about Irish passports????
I've done some googling but the info is a bit patchy. Apparently if you have irish born parents or Irish born grandparents you can apply for an Irish passport so you will have dual nationality.
The idea is that when we do split from the eu you will still be able to cross borders in Europe with no issues - possibly still be able to use the e11 card (or whatever it's calling itself now)
That's all I've been able to find out so far, no idea what the costs are or the logistics.
I can figure out the dates of birth of my parents and where they were born - or at least a good guess as my dad never had a birth certificate - very long story
OHs work mate is from oz but he is naturalised now and when he goes back he has to make sure he comes and goes on the same passport. He has 2 passports
I suppose it does not help if your OH does not have Irish passports - he would have to go through passport control I suppose and you would still have to wait the other side
To me it feels a bit like Ireland lost millions through famine and the potato blight and through emigration so it wants some of us back now“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
