this doesnt surprise me,a couple of years ago my oh brought me some mulberry gloves in their manchester shop.sadly they were a style i didnt like but when we went to exchange them they wouldnt as it was beyond the 30days and they didnt extend it over christmas like other stores do.:(no amount of persuassion would make them change their mind.luckily mulberry were more helpfull and let us exchange them at their store.:)
