I don't know why that's funny. (To me, anyway, and I hope to everyone else.) Actually, I do know why:D:rotfl:.
Good evening! I'm going to try to get the additional items added to the M list (zzzz...:rotfl:, I'm sure you don't want/need me droning on about this on a Saturday night) - I didn't see much at all on Monday as there was a quite a bit of change in M on Wednesday - I've already (for several days) crossed out expired items (I hope all of them but can't guarantee I haven't missed the odd one until I go through the lot) and, although the list still has last week's date on it (to cover me in case I've forgotten to cross something out:D:cool::rotfl:), that will be amended soon, I'll add the extra items collected that I've been putting off for a few days.
EDIT: I think I'll have the equivalents that are put alongside Y and A (in that order) for my name, as that's the nearest I can find:rotfl: - alright, enough...:D:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Dear Marmie,
Thanks for your email regarding the gift card you had. I'm sorry to hear it expired before you could use it.
As the gift card has already expired I cannot request another or re-add the £20 back on to it. The 2 years has passed since it was issued and regrettably we cannot do anything more regarding this as it did have 2 years to be used.
I can understand your frustration with this however we cannot issue you with another gift card.
Kind regards
Stuart Glendinning
Customer Service.
My reply
Dear Stuart(Customer services)
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to refer you to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
These regulations aim to prevent an imbalance in the relationship between the retailer and the consumer.
An expiry date on a voucher creates an imbalance in this relationship and causes significant detriment to the shopper.
Further, Peter McCarthy, legal officer at Which? says the contract with the consumer for such a sale would be undermined if the retailer failed to spell out the expiry rules at the point of sale, which is the case here.
He goes on to say that a retailer must tell the customer conditions apply to the vouchers and be prepared to answer questions about them. “It is not good enough to simply include terms and conditions in the small print with the voucher”.
I ask you to look again at your decision.
Signed
Marmie
It's worth a go...:( That is poor, but that is a very well written response :T:T

I didn't know that lol. But I'm not that bothered as the other two didn't t go to waste. I'm not really a big fan of the cinema unless it's free sometimes lol. Plus this Cineworld is a few miles away whereas we have an odeon within walking distance haven t we Nellie.
Yes:D but I think that Cineworld is much nicer, maybe because its only been open 18 months and is much shinier inside:) I love going to the cinema0 -

I can t remember the last time I actually only did one thing as in being trapped in the cinema lol but it made a nice change . I vaguely remember the hippodrome where a guy was raised up playing an organage coming out now
Bit like Ed Balls on Strictly but he was coming down
