I've just spent 3 hours talking to Nectar on live chat for a few minutes:rotfl::rotfl:

    Talk about losing the will......

I noticed that I hadn't been credited for some yoghurts bought 8th October. It was a nectar offer for Danio's and Total yoghurts.

To confuse things I had a tillspit which coincided with one of the yoghurt offers and the guy on chat just didn't know the difference between a tillspit and a nectar on line offer. I just kept repeating myself but couldn't get him to understand. He kept telling me that I'd had the points. He asked for a photograph which I sent (Of the receipt .....not me:rotfl:)

At 7.59- a minute before they close, I just asked him to credit me with the points as I couldn't make him understand. He just said "ok" and the points have apoeared:rotfl:
