Opinions needed as to what is an acceptable time to wait for payment for a eBay item. Auction ended week last Saturday, have contacted buyer who told me they were waiting for orther auctions to end so they could forward them together. Contacted them again and now say that the cost of forwarding has gone up 20 euros and can I wait.
Told them payment by next Wednesday or I will relist. Am I being fair enough or too soft?
  • I think ebay say allow 5 days.

I had one who bought on BIN, never paid, they eventually responded to me saying someone in the family had 'pressed it by mistake' ... I just cancelled it in the end and blocked them.

Relist it your being two soft. Am I reading it right was it two weeks ago? If so relist! Did you have other bidders? If so I wouldn't hesitate. I hate it when people do that.
Oops sorry that sounded like a bit of a rant, it wasn't intended to be :rotfl:

    Good morning :D

    Morning paw sniffers:D

Thought there was something odd about my Nectar double up yesterday at another store.

My points immediately came off yesterday but they have appeared again today as a bonus:think::think:

It says that transactions can take up to 48 hours to settle so maybe they will come off again

I raise a non-paying bidder case after 4 days. If they do eventually pay I send the item by tracked service, usually hermes. If they don't pay you have to wait for ebay to let you close the case before you get your fees back and you can relist. Going through the proper ebay process just keeps it cleaner.
