BQ, sorry to hear that is your experience. I obviously do it for the recompensebut accurately report back my experience(s). I genuinely hope that it is fed back as some people do a fantastic job and others don't. I am a firm believer to give credit where it's due. It is so easy to complain, sometimes it is even harder to compliment as people think that you are being sarcastic.
