Wow, that is a coincidence

I had another bad fall around 2 am. Down onto that poor right knee yet again, it bruised up immediately before I even got back up again. Mind you I was on floor for 15 minutes until I managed to wangle a way back up :( Could'nt even touch my knee, surface and just under the skin was so sore, and it was red hut. After 2 lots of ice packs, Ibrufen, paracetamol, codiene, I got to bed and slept at 6 am. I have a health check on 15th so must ask about being referred to Fall's Clinic as I think they show you how to get yourself up after falls. Doctor did mention it to me last year

tweets, BIG HUGS :A You need to look after yourself, then Poppy, then Mum, and your brother is last in line of being in your mind

    Good Morning

I went to bed early and had best nights sleep since last week lol

3Dogs hope you are ok after your latest fall :(

My bro is way down on my list ;)

When DS left yesterday I only saw him for 5 mins but was a lovely 5 mins. He said he would be visiting this coming Friday for the weekend :j So I have that to look forward to :D

3Dogs sorry to hear about your fall. It's easy going down but a booger to get up again. Since have my knee replaced it's definitely harder to get up as you're not to kneel on it

I have found that rolling onto my back as far as the sofa or stairs, then onto my side I can with loads of effort get up by shuffling into sitting position then levering myself onto lower stairs sitting then up onto feet. I hope I've described that clear enough so at to help you for now. Quick appointment wished for you at the Fall Clinic. I've never heard of it before.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
