I have never got round to moving DDs over to them so have never got the cashback, daft really given it would have been free money.
I am not keen on paying £5 per month for 1.5% interest (I wasn't keen for 3% tbf!) - in my mind, the monthly fee should be allowed to be taken off before tax is calculated, as it is a cost of running the account so effectively reduced the interest rate gained. They have also annoyed me cutting 1.5% off the interest when the based rate went down 0.25%, so the more money I can move away from them the better.
