I have not had that before .. wondering if it is related (or if I put in an error - as I went back it added details again and no issues). I do have 20 accounts linked so far, maybe they think I have enough ...

If they do, as I need to set up more DDs is there another online account that works in a similar way, allowing you to easily set up direct debits please?

As a bank update, i am busy setting up BoS to replace San123 as the interest rate has halved to 1.5%. Worth considering if you were using San123 as a savings account. BoS Vantage are offering 3% on up to £5k, minimum £1000 pay in per month, 2 DDs. You can apparently have up to 3 according to reports on other forums.
