Question is, is it really worth continuing with a company whose attitude to it's customers is so poor and whose offers have been deteriorating over the past few weeks. Even milk is no longer !

Use it if there is a good offer otherwise don't - though they have lost a lot of trust by their heavy handed approach. Do we have to contact them again (after receiving the fraud accusation email :eek:) to get this response or just wait?

We can legitimately have 3 accounts in our house anyway - we just need to ensure we now only use them on our own devices which is no biggy now we know that is a rule (though they need to include that in their T&Cs and then we maybe wouldn't have this issue ).

Yes - but out of interest what happened to the receipt from the pack that you have just entered the code from? You can use that.

If you are buying more, look out for promo packs instore - there are still some around but stocks are reducing and being replaced by plain packaging . Also don't forget to log out of the app and close it, before entering your next code (you know, for security reasons ).
