Yuck, I have to get out on my bike and it is doing that sort of raining thing out there, not really raining but enough to get you wet on a bike ride I also have to tackle a road that has double the normal traffic on it due to roadworks. Beginning to wonder if I should have volunteered to do this but the alternative is OH driving to one of the local towns and trying to park, and that is a horror story on a Saturday at the moment, again due to the roadworks.

OH is not impressed with my suggestions for the front doors.... apparently showing the entrance doors to posh hotels is deemed as 'not taking this seriously'.

He has now retired to the bathroom..... it may be a very long day!

Just a reminder for all of those who are saving with the Asda Christmas gift card that the bonus goes on in 2 weeks , so make sure you are up to the magic £144.

Asda's Christmas Savings Card scheme pays a £1 bonus if you save between £49 and £96, a £3 bonus for between £97 to £143, and those with £144 get a £6 bonus. There's a limit of £144 per card but you can have multiple cards.

You can start the card at any point and you've got until 5pm on Sun 13 Nov to add the maximum credit to get the bonus. The bonus will be credited by 8am Mon 14 Nov 2016.
