Flippin' heck, you too. Our garage doors went the same way. They were up and over doors, double garage. One door had twisted in the storms of 1988 or was it 1989? The other door kept coming out of the runners on one side.

I've eventually got my new up and overs , electric , so nobody touches the doors.

Hope you get something sorted out soon E , it must be maddening having your bike in the kitchen keeping warm xx

The hurricane was in 87, same year as our son was born, that is truly frightening as it means he will be 30 next year

If OH has anything to do with it it will be another 30 years before anything is done, he cant see the problem

Plates? I thought they just scanned them. :o:o:o

They squish them between two big plates, hydraulically flattening them till they hear the pips squeak!

Not quite, but I nearly squeaked the first time I'll tell you, but it really wasn't as uncomfortable as you expect :o

On the plus side at least I do have enough now to put between the plates - it must be agony for anyone who is flat chested

This year our local authority has the new system in operation :D

:j no more getting squashed between those nasty plates, I never felt a thing :T
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
