LEJC add a bit of chilli powder, if you don't mind spicy, will tone down the chocolate flavour and compliment it. ;)

    Good evening Elite.

Hoping everyone is warm, happy and well. Hugs to those not so.

Started the day with 12 emails from LL saying they will save my orders for 4 more days, after which they will be returned to the warehouse and refunded. Crack on then, seeing as no points will be forthcoming!

Then had a day out with free cooked breakfast, free coffee from Greggs, free milkshake at Ed's and free lunch at Cafe Rouge, via Apps, loyalty cards and mystery shopping. And to make it complete, I finally found 3 x Dove travel sets! The SA was lovely and was so happy I'd got a great bargain! : )

Hope everyone else has had a similarly joyful day.

this is my sort of shopping day :)
It reminds me Eds easy dinner sent me an email to say its a year since I joined so i can do the buy a drink get a burger free offer again - needless to say I seem to have only one email, could have done with 2, have to re join myself
Also just remembered OH is going to insist on meatballs in Ikea on Saturday and its still half term so it will be bedlam :rotfl:

Keeping up the alcoholic theme. :o

I would have stocked up on these for xmas if Morries was closer. One of the posters reckons they are rebranded Marstons ales.

If anyone is still part of the long defunct Marks premier club and is wondering where the next set of coffee vouchers are I have been in touch with Marks bank and this time they are arriving in November along with the reward vouchers - I think they ate putting 2 mailings together
The previous set came very early in August so for a time both sets were valid.
This time I am hanging onto my remaining 2 coffee vouchers

Apparently Ive got £8 of reward vouchers to come as well, first time in years. I seem to remember I had to buy something to get £5 of points ...

The main thing is to brazen it out and dont admit that there is anything different with the stew :D
