Has anyone had difficulty transferring Diamond Club points to BA?

Computer is going through the window in a moment.

I am stuck on the first bit. What is my membership number! I've looked everywhere, and tried every combination. Does anyone have any suggestions... please shout at me!

So today I have:

Changed my 123 account - to a light 123
Paid some of the mortgage off
When this is processed, I am changing the mortgage to 1.69% for 2 years with the term of the mortgage being 4 years... I will be skint.
Found fraud on my CC, sorted that issue
Hit brick wall with Diamond Club

To do:
Continue to try with the Diamond club
Sort out an regular saver account
Change utility support

Cook tea for OH, as I am home!

Tonight, do some flipping.
