Thank you for the details about the T offer - I have not managed to get out (... though have quite a stash of cleaning items).

They find it too complicated (for them), that's the problem (again, their problem:p:rotfl:). When I was doing the different DTD vs A years back, people in RL couldn't understand how it worked (from our POV) even though it is devilishly simple to me. They seem to get confused nowadays about the simplicity of buying 10 different items:rotfl:. Obviously a very complex concept we have hit upon here! I wouldn't have put anything past the public before, in terms of their seeming shocking inability to understand it, and even more would not put it past them nowadays. We inhabit a country along with people with shocking lack of knowledge and comprehension - I think surveys (not that we should trust those) have long indicated that people know virtually nothing about almost everything. I think a tiny minority, that specialise in a particular topic, really know about it and otherwise people don't know and aren't interested enough to find out or don't have time to do so - or, maybe, in some cases, don't have the brain capacity:rotfl:. There I go again with my derogatory implications as to some people - but, I'm afraid, it's true and I must stop...

I'm here, temporarily, tonight and I'm sorry that, for all my implied criticism of other people's lack of time, I haven't had time today to reply to people's posts from earlier - instead I've been dealing with the M prices as I'm in between price collections. I've also not had time to post as I was going along or say much else but the M list is now updated from yesterday. However, I have still not got round to the real root and branch reform that the list needs. Without wishing to overegg the pudding by going on and on about matters such as this (although I'm sure we'll all be going on about them for decades to come and, even afterwards, looking back at what will become this point in history), the M list does seem to me a bit like trying to tidy up a statute book having left, or in advance of leaving, an organisation - although it is certainly not as important as that and is a list of information rather shorter than a set of legislation that might need revision. It is proving however to be a very long task, even to start, but to work out - in a similar way to working out whether there has been some local legislation passed at some stage that was passed in reliance or assumed the existence of some European regulation or some contract that assumed that those things would be in place - whether M still has some items or not. I note reading about a Law Commission statutory revision exercise recently in which, as far as I remember it, they said that, as far as they knew, there weren't any laws in relation to a matter but that it was possible that local byelaws somewhere that might have been passed and they could not rule out the possibility that they might.

So, with my M list, it's a bit like that and proving difficult to establish definitively whether or not M still has some - quite a number of - items without me being able to get around a further number of stores - and, even then, I can't rule out the possibility that they are not still somewhere (although really, some of them, I don't think they are). With some, I can now say (or think, because I haven't even got round to saying) that I don't think they exist in M anymore and, as far as I am aware, they probably don't [note: I can't say that they don't], but I can't rule out the possibility that they are not still somewhere. So, to do the root and branch shake-up of the M list, that I think is needed, in order to delete numerous items which M no longer have - probably no longer have since I cannot definitely establish that they are nowhere at all - it is going to be quite an exercise! And that just of one list:rotfl:.

Alright, not wanting to egg the pudding or go on about things - or, heaven forfend, try to influence anyone - and I am not always correct despite suggesting that I am very often usually - but the best I can do at the moment is an update from the percentage that I've found on Monday - and, as far as I know, a very small number of ranges (probably about two:rotfl:) that are not in my stores but from what is on msm/m.com as to what offers are still on and not - that's what I've now done - and the root and branch deletion, or shake up, will get done neither now nor any time this week as Wednesday (tomorrow) will also be rather limited. Despite what this may suggest however, the list is very expansive, updated and useful (I hope) - it's just clogged up by a lot of items that I suspect really aren't anywhere now. I'll try to get around to that at some point in the future - it won't be this week - I'm going to have to make decisions about what to delete and what to retain - and my lack of diligence in getting to doing that task should not suggest anything more than something that applies personally to me. I will try to get it to - that's all I can say:D:rotfl::T:A.

For now, I can merely try to keep up with the present, changing situation - I suppose a bit like an economy and surrounding circumstances or situations from day to day change for a government:rotfl::naughty: - but clearly there has been some change in M (maybe some big bags of potatoes?) and I will try to keep up with what has changed in the last day, when I check again tomorrow, and may eventually get around to something beyond the week-by-week changes:rotfl:. Right now, I need to get the items I've added to the list in bold - I suspect there may be at least around fifty now on there (despite, last time, supposedly, "not much change" (to paraphrase myself)) - that will take me at least the next thirty minutes, if not one hour, and then to track again what I can tomorrow.

    See you later:wave:.

Thank you :) it's really depressed me, sorting through the bag of stuff. It's nearly all 3-6 months bar one or two things. One thing has clearly been donated which is very kind but it's got loads of stains on it :(

I've posted on a few for sale groups on Facebook and I'm about to post on streetlife too so hopefully by the weekend I can start building a mountain of stuff for them. I'm starting with tiny baby, newborn and 0-3 months. Anything else is up to them to sort out. I'll have done my bit :)

FB the best place to start, I joined my 2 local ones and they are nearly all baby clothes, so you could get a flyer there, good luck. I wouldn't go too overboard on tiny new born as they may not need many for too long , then onto next size.
As I said I'll look out I'm mags , in store etc. You'll soon get a lovely assortment :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Another source of hardly worn baby clothing is NCT. Google to find your local group.
